Yes, I somewhat agree. The Coalition would be stupid to regress on the prospects. Though it wouldn't put it past them to take a recalcitrant, contrarian position in favor of some conniving idea like Nuclear and swindle the people into believing it's a smarter use of money - let's invest/ sign hundred billion dollar contracts with Westinghouse to improve their manufacturing capabilities, in exchange for a couple of plants, 'should' they manage to meet quotas sometime in the future. In the mean-time our leader and fellow Baron Vladimir Harkonnen/ Gina can prosper in status quo.
