Assuming this is AISC, does that suggest $2+/- margin if sold at $5/lb? - 22.2mlb/pa (90% recovery of 11,200t) -- $44.35m/pa --- $887m over 20 years (current EPA approval?), base line hopefully? Do we assume they have considered the credit for FeTi again into the $3 dollar sum?
