I suggest you re-read today's ann the vanadium oxide will be bought from USV until AVL's plant is built.
Btw... how are things going over the fence, DFS two years ago and nothing happening on site. At least the V price is getting closer to the OPEX price.
The AVL BFS will be out in a few weeks, should be interesting to compare the figures.
