No it didn’t work that way, the prices were irrelevant.
The deal was -( the default )was - a ) 2.2 x Your AVN shares allocated into HDN SHARES plus $0.285 x the number of your avn shares.
or b) 2.2 x Your AVN shares allocated into HDN SHARES plus some HDN securities or something like that. (You had to request this option).
