Have a look at their locations. They're targetting greenfield site which mean there are thousands of households needing a local centre to go to. Also lower social economical + average income family...these are household that MUST spend rather than save. As these areas go from greenfield to gentrification and higher income, it will push up the land value and yield
I'm holding long term, and hope to accumulate + DRP so when I retire, I can get some good yield and compounded growth.
