Some new leases are long overdue , been talked about but nothing to say they have actually applied for any.
having said that they still don't have a partner to progress the 1 Victorian lease. I believe current progress on there own lease is a factor (disadvantage ) when applying for more . Getting the lease between sole and judith would be good for the company . I think they would struggle to get it.
