I am not discounting other factors roller and I'm not predicting doom and gloom. I'm simply observing risk factors that you are very experienced at highlighting where other companies have gone wrong. Best to learn from others mistakes.

This is why I feel finance soon is important. While many here are are sold on the narrative that this will come to market at the perfect time. This may not be the case if this drags on much longer. no matter what "tier" the asset it will be impacted by the overall price of the commodity.
