i believe people are too ambitious with their expectations. The transport will require multiple parties working together. Then there's three routes to plan for. The prior mention was "it's progessing well" which is basically don't expect anything soon. i honestly can't see an announcement being made for another few weeks if not months. it's not an easy job.

unfortunately people are starting to catch on and the SP continues to suffer making future capital raises ever increasingly difficult.

The market will determine the SP but i can't see it holding these levels as people will chase returns elsewhere.
