the point is the directors have announced that the performance shares have vested.
but the figures don't seem to add up. (not saying they don't, but he or I couldn't add them up).
you'd like to think that if people are getting freebies then it's the right amount. it's stuff like this that can make avz look unprofessional. just like the basic math cook up on the SPP prospectus.
