It's not that the raise was done it was the discount that it was done at. Maybe they were unprepared and had to raise in a hurry or they raised at too big a discount.
This will still go up and yes it is still the biggest resource but you have to call a spade a spade. Just take a look at the last raise, 18% discount. So even though the current one was "oversubscribed" it is at a bigger discount. The last one was also "heavily oversubscribed" as well so why not grab more $$ then?
Again, no one is disputing that AVZ will go up but this could have been done better IMO.
