this is actually all good and I note the sp pipping back to .595 already . As I said before , this may look mathematically loose at the micro analysis but it’s macro that counts here for me . NF ain’t going to get it mathematically tight to the line here (impossible for anyone ) but he’s got the macro bang on for me as a long .

positives:

75m means we’re safe now at a cost of 4.5% dilution- very cheap price to pay at this stage
Was worried Chinese would use this to tighten hold- they didn’t and coughed up more money
USA entering t20 with 3.7% registry
China (Cath) entering t20 with 0.7% registry and I think this will satisfy any DRC /ML oversight as not getting two Chinese centric with emerging USA balance - can’t say how big a tick I think this is
It’s like waiting for Xmas having done all your Xmas shopping
Really nothing bad in this CR snd a CR worry has now been eliminated
We can’t have anyone thinking a money drain will lever NF into any favourable negotiating terms in next 6 months
