Cath got 22m (register .7%) shares and the remaining 128m (register 3.8%) are held by god knows for who knows what. I shouldn’t worry as with 90m traded today and this probably being our last CR requiring only 10% debt funding this new holding is not material to any retailers concerns on dilution or registry control (Imo) . Just wait and enjoy the News flow likely to come over coming weeks into new year.
