AVZ Management are completely useless then it comes to capital raising! They did the last raise at a massive discount and then burned through that cash and now doing this raise at a fair discount as well to institutional investors. Really do not care about long term shareholder equity as they personally have no skin in the game as they have been given a free ride via performance shares and options along the way.
