The terms of the Special economic zone MOU are so wafer thin and wishy washy and can be retracted at any time. Suggest you reread.
As for research, perhaps you want to understand how the EV market is growing currently WITHOUT AVZ. Maybe you don't.

I appreciate how large volume low cost is beneficial, but when set against current market oversupply and sovereign risk, the advantages are lost.
IMO if Manono comes online, it will be some years into the future, when DRC is more stable and the EV market is much larger and firmly entrenched.
