Please be aware that I did not come on this forum to just kick the hornets nest with a prerequisite or ulterior motive.

I have been following H/C since 2015 and do not normally comment, that is my prerogative, however, I read some posters throwing outlandish valuations that in my opinion can be dangerous. I shared my two cents in an effort to highlight the potential costs of capital and how this may effect AVZ and its project.

I'm glad a couple of posters responded in a mature and informative manner, especially @ericson.
