Obviously, we will get some news about the court hearing next week. I would caution holders not to get spooked about all of this. The court action seems to be very opportunistic. The only document I have seen is the original plaint and that looked very amateur and to me it is almost inconceivable that MMCS will win. It may put some doubt into the minds of investors and hold off Airguide agreements however I believe all of that will happen in due course. Spruiker says Hold strong.
