It is Friday after all, alot of people dont like holding over the weekend. I'm not a lawyer but I found this and it seems like there is nothing the Australian courts can do to overturn the decision made by the DRC, had it been the other way around, and the DRC were still to decide, they could skip a trial and use Australia's decision against AVZ. I think the worst thing that can happen now is a dilution of our holdings, the court in Oz could award shares to the prosecuting parties. But they have absolutely no right to take the permits away from AVZ or their ownership structure as they are held in a foreign jurisdiction.

As far as I am concerned the company MMCS does not have a chance in hell of winning this as the DRC revoked their mining permit for valid reasons I'm assuming as they upheld the decision in the most recent trial over there. AVZ will win and then be able to re-sue for all costs associated with the trial.
