I understand what you are assaying however it is not relevant. The proceedings in WA are not designed overturn the DRC judgement. AVZ was not a party to that appeal. We do not need to over-complicate this.

As I have said, based on the information available to me, it seems very unlikely that MMCS will win. The information has been made available. I think we are better off now concentrating on the more likely scenarios involving the asset that IS ours. The court will do its thing. I can’t see that any further speculation about this issue is necessary or productive.
