Yeah, it's not ideal but I'm happy that it's being dealt with because I think it needs to be finalised before we see the smart money piling in. My only concern is that the courts have a tendency to stuff around with all sorts of BS before they get to the result. I'm not worried about the end result, just how long it takes to get there. There is every chance that this whole thing is kicked out of court on Monday but that is not the only possible outcome. For me, its not a significant risk. I only posted the information because it was available to me. Starts at 10:30am Monday WA time.
