    Agreed Lithium Plus and Huayou will not sell their $4m placement.

    Today's $5.2m shares were from SPP.

    I don't think the remaining $5.8m shares hitting the market yet.

    Upon the completion of the $15m placement, market cap will be $105m at 4.6c/share.
