No Offtake because it's way too early. We don't even have a JORC yet. We can't say we'll sell you X amount when we don't even know how much is in the ground.
You'll buy when
a) cap is cheap/lot cheaper : Good Luck. AVZ is about to take off. Could potentially happen though if there is a GFC
b) an offtake is signed: You'll be paying a lot more guaranteed. By then potentially little to no upside left.
