    lol wha..the allotment from the CR went to Huayou Cobalt Group..about $13m worth with about $2m going to instos .... have you seen a ceasing to be a substantial holder notice with Huayou printed on it or something??

    Your shortman link...seriously, do you think those percentages shorted hold any water to what you are saying? generally less than a percent.... What ammo do the instos from the CR have? a pen knife and an empty glass bottle ?
