The people that are complaining about "we have 36 months to pay, why pay now for the 5%?"
THIS IS ACTUALLY EXTREMELY POSITIVE that we are looking to pay early. This means that we want to LOCK UP the 5% NOW, not later, because that extra 5% is critical to additional funding. We can't offer the 5% to some other entity (which we are in negotiations with) if we haven't fully paid for it!
