I think my initial opinion still holds. Huayou already knows they won’t get this company below 30c in any condition.But if Huayou wants they could start buying from the market as many shares as they like under 10 cents now until the closing of the SPP and convert their option at the close of spp to set the vwap to 10c to prevent dilution. The 10M shares we saw on Friday may be the beginning of it which started on 1st of February ( pass under the radar from top 20 list of the company of Jan 31)
