Can someone if possible please explain for us why every time...

Can someone if possible please explain for us why every time there is GOOD news we go further into the red? Does anyone with a ton of experience have an answer for this? It really seems ridiculous to me. Every other stock I see releasing good news has a positive bounce, this is nonsensical.

I don't want speculation, just someone with a clue to what might make a stock consistently do this. All ears for anyone with long-term trading experience.
