As a patient potential investor, I have watched this slowly decline over the past few months and every 1c this falls the more eager I am to load up. It is rather reminiscent of PLS last year.
My main concern surrounds the location of this evidently world-class asset. It appears that this sell-off may be related to this. I happened upon an article in the economist (see link below) that talks about some major issues facing Glencore and its subsidiary KCC in DRC. While Glencore faces its own unique set of problems, the DRC offers much uncertainty around government intervention and there is the constant threat of political instability.
Mines appear to be difficult enough to bring into production on Australian soil, let alone the DRC. How well can a junior lithium explorer navigate such an uncertain and difficult environment?
