You do realize that cobalt and spodumene are two very different things.
- Cobalt around US$90,000/t and exported in small quantities
- Spodumene around US$900/t and exported in huge quantities
So the "significant operational costs" flagged today have a much bigger impact on a lithium producer than a cobalt producer (where the infrastructure also already in place in the DRC from Belgian days)
