Yes its in the DRC but AVZ is an Australian company so I would not under estimate the impact that recent comments made by a few Liberal MP's is having on Australian Companies trying to do new deals with Chinese companies.
Apart from the recent AFL match in China the Chinese government are not even issuing visas's to any Australian Government official and several Australian Companies have recently claimed to have had deals with China fall through for no reason other than the spat between Australia and China.

As for claiming that Supply will not keep pace with demand, nobody really knows what the market will look like in 10 years time so you are basically guessing.
