Good news as far as having a funding option "secured". However not enjoying the likely sound of the terms - with the break fees weighted heavily toward Locke. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this reads like we haven't agreed on payment rates or what Locke will receive to fund us, but we have agreed that we will pay them a million dollars even if we decide they are asking for too much and have to pull out of the deal? Puts us over a barrel in these negotiations somewhat, no? particularly as we really wont have a million to give up at that point in 1Q 2024 that's easily spared. Anyway given our circumstances it was always going to be a bad deal for us, but let's just wait and see how far they are going to gouge it. At least we'll hopefully have some cash going forward after being bent over.
