Company and two of its directors (Mr Nigel Ferguson and Mr John Clarke) in the Supreme Court of
Western Australia alleging oppressive conduct and misleading and deceptive conduct.

FAT TAIL HAD up to 28 MARCH 2024 to file a reply to NIGEL and CO which was the next substantive PROCEDURAL step
All in AVZ company announcement dated the 13 MARCH 2024...!

So why would fat tail not show, or their LAWYERS, i need to hear this one...LMAO
Maybe even a D.MBAT could answer such a normal response...!
