yea but they took it anyway. If that was the case they could of scaled back the amount of drilling going on so workers were on-site but stretching out the time frame. All they did was smash the work out and let the Chinese know how big the resource is making it even more attractive to them. extending the timeframe reminds me of the ever extended CATH deal, speaking of which, do we even know if they are still onboard?
