    Putting their motives to one side the MMGA opinion of the announced funding "term sheet " seems to be an accurate assessment of the situation to me.

    it was only last week you were quoting Jens as saying they could use the $20m USD sitting in AVZ trust account returned by Dathomir to fund the ongoing litigation which was clearly rubbish.
