AVZ Management team has released an announcement to give shareholders belief and confidence that they have the financial resources, backing and relationships to take whatever legal action is necessary to find a negotiated outcome. This is what has been asked for by shareholders. So why is this news false to you about the discussions and agreements that have been made?
Have you thought to ask MMGA where their funding is coming from. Yeh Yeh we know what their strategy is but unless they are using their own wealth we can only assume there is a third party funding their actions. So who can that be and why are you not beating their door down demanding answers. MMGA has no credibility and this will be demonstrated when votes are tallied at the AGM.
MMGA wants us all to recognise and be open to discussions with the Chinese and Cominiere. Their actions have proven to be corrupt and the ICC will make their findings soon to confirm this. But what is frustrating and bewildering is that you are are backing MMGA knowing their intentions.
