However what they may do now, is get a blocking stake, say 20% which means no one else can acquire it.

With a market cap of $400M, they would currently be looking at paying a massive premium for this stake above 30 cents if not 50 cents.

Well done to shareholders here, Playing the long game with reward those who hold long term.

I don't see how it's not worth 1bil+. Paying 50 cents is below fair value of the assets (if they are mined).
