    congratulations to management .
    Yibin now will not be selling on release from escrew of their shares.
    Supporting the pre condition of financing by long term off takes.
    Positive FID looks certain now with finance backed by Tin offtakes 1 to still be finalized.
    Icing on the cake will be EU offtake for lithium sulfate.
