Parent group has struck a few problems re accounting fraud that required a debt restructure in 2015 and was (and is) delisted from SGX.
15% owned (I presume still). by China's sovereign wealth fund, China Investment Corp. Whilst in and of itself may not necessarily be a bad thing. Just something to be mindful re Chinese Government leverage over AVZ. I will leave to greater minds than myself to discuss any implications either positive or negative.
