An MOU to begin discussions, seems a bit vague to me.

The hysteria from this morning is gone and maybe people are re-reading it now.

Hey if it flushes a bidder out of the wood work then mission accomplished, I just wouldn't be hanging my hat on this.



I saw @Haplo post

"GPJC aims to be the key supplier of core materials across the whole supply chain for global lithium battery material. For the commissioning of first-stage production, GPJC has invested over 200 million RMB to produce battery materials including cobalt, nickel and lithium with a new capacity of 30,000 mtpa on board by 2017"


When you convert that amount to USD it works out to be $30million USD.

Since the road is costing $200 million USD that $30 million they invested doesn't go very far
