They produced very small amounts compared to what AVZ is projected to produce with a large mine.
Also 10km from Lubumbashi where Manono is 600km. It's going to be a lot more costly and troublesome with the amount of matter needed to be moved.
The operation looks good but a 1mtpa plant will produce some 20 times the amount they do. Let alone a 10mt plant as some have discussed.
Greatpower processing capability in China is currently 10,000tpa as shown by the AVZ consultant online. Certainly not a big enough payer for Manano.
