Sorry the $20-$30 price range that you state, can you back that up with actual facts or is it unsubstantiated information?
From all reports there have been no independent reviews on mining costs for AVZ. When they come feel free to quote them then. Until then it's all just jibber-jabber in many ways.
CATL/VW and many others could be interested in Manono, they could be interested elsewhere as well. Nothing is ever a given until the money is handed over.
