Whos building a railway one of our SH's is building a road thats 1/3 complete to the rail head, 12 months to completion. They have other projects that need this infrastructure so that point is moot.

Playing the long game here isn't going to get this mine operational when they need lithium now.

It's a huge resource.

OPEX costs have been covered many times on this board -$20 pt given they also have Tin and Tantalum.
