As I have posted over the last month - the way to read this is i.) take us over now or ii.) we are going to get to a JORC, sign offtake agreements, hopefully identify measured and indicated resources and mine it ourselves and you'll pay a bomb thereafter to take us over. First shot across the bow on take us over now or pay more later. All IMO
