    1. This is the second MOU that AVZ has now signed.
    2. We have Huayou Colbalt Group as a major share holder
    3. We have a U.S or Canadian fund on board the registry as well
    4. AVZ is current drilling
    5. AVZ has already hit a record intercept intersection

    All up, things could be worse.
