The hype over the last 3 months, have put expectations too high, thats why the SP is not moving. Management and ML will have to deliver very big and soon, if this is to move higher.
If the MOU was with a European company it would carry more weight. Chinese MOU's mean little and feels more like desperation by AVZ to get some runs on the board.
