the board have found out that actors within the DRC would rather go the paper bag route, they have proven with law abiding diligence that fighting that corruption and achieving a favourable ruling is possible.

progressing to mining may not be the best option in the environment but if the DRC were to follow their own rules laws and regulations it would be.

having the rulings in my opinion strengthens AVZs hand at any negotiation table. The current ruling suggest strongly a similar finding would be applied to outstanding cases/disputes. For this reason I believe AVZ is only negotiating with the DRC.
