the same question could be asked are people allowed to be negative without being accused of being short?
doesn’t involve any final conclusion. it does form an interim ruling and from that interim ruling that has been handed down and what was stipulated within it, it would appear very very unlikely that AVZ would be on the wrong side of a final
ruling. Would you agree?
