I have the MOU in English, the original JV as an outcome of the initial MOU which is still being enforced under the ICC stay of restraint. Do you have a copy of those MOU and subsequent JV agreement? Perhaps you have not seen either.

Clauses of that JV have been disclosed here on HC, to prove that I have it. But I have intentionally not disclosed the entire document here, feeding dirty dragons and the cockroaches that scatter around at their feet is not in my best interests.
