You look at AJN as an example, still at 14m MC yet they have decent tenements (historically) for lithium exploration, and verified spod bearing. Nobody interested in Eckhoff or AJN's DRC play. He had a good thing going and flushed it all down the toilet. Nobody even wants to buy his house, though hes dropped the price by 4million - which is about what he gained from selling all his AVZ shares.
