Like i dont think people understand we are talking about the DRC here. $5.5mUSD is a lot of money to them.
The Chinese clearly see it differently in the DRC and are always buying up assets and mining them for cheap. If the DRC had the capability and same vision they would be mining all their own assets already.
It just doesn't operate here like it would in Australia.
