However, USD 0.5m is still a substantial sum and cash is getting tighter and tighter every day... At end of March quarter, AVZ had 12m cash in bank. Management planned to spend 4.5m during June quarter. Now, including cash spent for the first tranche of the deal with Dathomir, AVZ cash position will be roughly around 6.8m at month end.

Form a cash perspective, Nigel is running the company on a shoestring... There will be a lot of dilution in Q3.

You obviously missed reading this bit in yesterday's announcement

"The extra equity in the Manono Lithium and Tin Project will add significantly to the bottom line and Net Present Values and it is critical for project financing as AVZ continues discussions with potential financiers and offtakers.”
