IMO, all offtakes are secured

The collaboration agreement allows for exportof non beneficiated product for a period of time and as we are alreadyproducing PLS...... a downstream material and have agreed to assist with hydroxidematerial etc, then we qualify and are safe

I believe the collaboration agreement may need some serious negotiation once the HOA is agreed so there is lots of timeto get that agreed.

Major factor is President Tshisekedi hasannounced to the world in front of the UN and other organisations “We willmake the DRC the focus of battery metal production” ……….it would be veryhard to walk away from that now as he would not only lose face but a hell of alot more…. his position of power for one
